The model

We build ourselves out of a job.

The pod runs until you have a proven, repeatable revenue model — typically 6 to 24 months — then transitions to a full-time, in-house team focused on optimization, usually after Series B. You’re not signing up for an open-ended retainer. You’re buying the fastest path to a proven growth engine and a clean handoff.
