Nate brings over 17 years of experience spanning systems design, implementation,
product marketing, PR, customer success, and business development. His deep
understanding of both technical architecture and strategic marketing makes him
invaluable across a range of B2B technologies—including cybersecurity,
advertising, analytics, IoT, and cloud. A member of The Artesian Network since

Terry Estioko

Creative Director | Lead Digital Designer & Developer

Terry brings decades of experience leading design and development teams,
including serving as an Interactive Director before launching his own firm,
Estioko Design. Since 2016, Terry has partnered closely with The Artesian
Network, helping build websites and digital assets for Silicon Valley’s most
ambitious tech startups. His team’s full-stack design and development capabilities
give clients a distinct advantage in execution, from landing pages to full-scale product
experiences.

Marian is an accomplished creative director, designer, and illustrator whose work
spans brand identity, print, web, and social media. With experience across both
corporate and startup environments, she excels in maintaining visual consistency

development and integrated campaigns for Artesian clients.

Stefan is a visual communication expert with over a decade of experience in design,
animation, and data storytelling. Formerly Art Director at IKEA and now head of
Stefangus Design, he partners with global brands like SAP to create visual content
that informs and inspires. His expertise includes data visualization, infographics, and
interactive design—particularly for clients in tech, science, and policy.

Matthew Castriotta

Growth Strategy & Demand Generation

Matthew is the founder of Castriotta Growth Hacking, a firm specializing in demand
generation and B2B marketing strategies for logistics and industrial sectors. A
veteran of the 3PL space, he brings deep expertise in building outreach workflows,
securing global freight contracts, and positioning clients as trusted advisors. As a
partner to The Artesian Network, Matthew drives go-to-market execution for clients seeking rapid growth.

Kaden Buckley

Marketing Content Manager & Analytics

Kaden is a 2024 Master’s graduate from Cal Poly with a MS in Business Analytics
and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from the same institution.
For The Artesian Network, Kaden manages the social and email marketing programs
for the team, providing insightful data analytics which help us exceed industry
benchmarks for success.
